Round Crayon Bagel Vase
Round Crayon Bagel Vase
This colorful ceramic piece requires the use of special ceramic crayons, demanding a lot of patience and care throughout the process to avoid touching the areas where I had already drawn.
This technique, which I encountered during my travels in Portugal, is both naive and charming. The golden rim enhances the vase's appearance, adding a touch of elegance. I have named this series "Bagele," the term used for doughnuts in Israel. I am particularly fond of its playfulness; however, crafting this shape on the pottery wheel is challenging and requires considerable experience from the potter.
Size: 18 x 16 cm.
This ceramic is waterproof. We recommend hand washing to preserve the golden detailing.
