Return Policy
You may return or exchange any product as long as it is unused, undamaged, and still has its original tags attached. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please email us at cherniavskaya@gmail.com with your order number, item details, and the reason for your return or exchange. We will respond within 4 business days to coordinate the next steps.
Note: Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Refund and Exchange Guidelines
Regular Purchases: Items can be returned within 14 business days of delivery for a full refund with no cancellation fees. This policy applies to one return per item.
Sale Items: Items purchased on sale can be returned within 7 business days of delivery. Refunds are not available for sale items; however, you can exchange them for a different size or design, or receive store credit. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with exchanges.
Refunds will be issued within 7 days of Zhenya Ceramics receiving the returned item, following credit card company guidelines. Refunds will be processed under the same conditions as the original payment method (e.g., installment payments will be refunded in installments).
Additional Information
Refunds for PayPal purchases can only be processed through our online store.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, even if your order included free shipping.
